your views count!
Join our Customer Panel today and have an input on product development, make improvements to our services and show us how we can improve our communications to our customers.
As we are a mutual organisation we always put our customers at the heart of everything we do. To have customers challenging the products and services they use makes sense to us and talking with our customers is vital if we are to meet customer expectations. Therefore we believe it is essential for us to understand your views.
As a member of the Customer Panel, you may be invited to take part in a number of activities throughout the year. The exact number will depend on the type of activity you specify an interest in and what we are working on at the time. You can choose how much you want to be involved and your participation is entirely voluntary.
